There is no charge for the watermarked clip that can be used for any purpose during the pre planning and rough cutting of your project. Therefore we do not have a refund policy once you have paid for and downloaded the unwatermarked clip. However if you want to upgrade and buy the higher resolution clip, once you have paid for the higher resolution we will refund the payment for the smaller video clip or photograph.
No refunds are available for the add-on license so be careful when you are purchasing this.
