Stock footage videos from Sublime Pictures are cheap, accessible and come with a standard license ready to go. The download will be in H265 format but you can request an Apple ProRes file included in the price if it has been shot in RAW or ProRes but it may take some time to answer your email and access the larger files for you.
An add-on licence can be purchased to cover multiple edits, no time limit, broadcast and any other channels. Feature films by individual negotiation.
For photographs the resolution will be stated.
