Beth Pascall Camp – Edit

Beth Pascall is one of the best long distance runners in the country and won the western states 100 mile race in the US. She is also a Bob Graham record holder among others. Beth took ages to put this weekend together and along with her husband Matt, sister Fiona and her partner Matt and Joe from the rescue team they staged a fabulous experience of running, tips, food, massage, pilates and of course the odd libation. If you have lost your running mojo and need a boost this is a fab way to reconnect with nature and running.

I really enjoyed the online and grade for this. A mix of iPhone, stills and drone footage meant getting creative now and again to make it feel like a more creative camera had been used. Selective defocussing of the frame etc.
